  1. Mahalo!
I have one question. When described about the judge running for LA…if a person was extradited, from Hawaii, who would act as the authority to approve the extradition? Would one be needed? That’s where things get grey for me.
    Thanks for any info!
    Aloha!

  2. Mahalo nui for your erudite, articulate elocution on this epic concern for our Hawaiian Kingdom nationhood and its continuity in the World Family of Nations. My family and I are comforted by your exemplary work. Can’t really thank you enough.

Malama ola kino maika’i ia oukou apau.

  3. Aloha Noelani, that is a good question and I have just started looking into for myself. I believe an extradition warrant coming out of Switzerland could be submitted to the U.S. for execution since there is a 1990 U.S./Swiss Treaty for extradition in place. The U.S. is in the HK so it could be submitted to them according to the Treaty. Things would get very complicated for the U.S. if they were to violate that treaty. Switzerland I believe can also submit the warrant to other states that have treaties with them regarding extradition if those states have offices in the HK. The warrant can also be submitted to INTERPOL and states that are affiliated with INTERPOL can apprehend and extradite if the suspect is traveling in their territory or airspace. I have not totally figured it out but these are my preliminary thoughts.

  4. A parallel case is happening in Canada (now called Kanata by sovereignty activists): This is just an FYI I will submit without further comment. Much more, including mass atrocities against native children can be found at http://www.itccs.org from which this excerpt came. Jon

Canada is now under Common Law Jurisdiction:
“Crown” authority is revoked as a new government is established
A Proclamation issued under the authority of the Republic of Kanata and its High Court of Justice
    LET IT BE KNOWN
That under the Proclamation of Sovereignty of January 15, 2015 that abolished ties between Canada and the Crown of England, all governmental authority now resides in an elected Congress and Office of the President, and other delegated bodies to be established by the Sovereign People.
All former officials of the “Crown” and the “Dominion of Canada” have been ordered to stand down, as their authority is now revoked. They will be replaced by newly elected and recallable governmental bodies in every community, based on a general franchise of every man and woman sixteen years and older.
You can ensure the establishment of this new democratic Republic by swearing loyalty to the Republic and serving as one of its officers. Common law courts and their sheriffs are active in your community to ensure the peaceful transition to the Republic of Kanata.

  5. Cannot wait for what will happen next!
And yeah, not only does this concern Swiss nationals residing in Hawaii, this concerns Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Australian, other ethnic Polynesian’s, Russian, British, French, Dutch, etc

You name it! Big steps to come soon

  6. By the way, speaking of War Crimes, try check out this article. The U.S. Government is seeking to deport Bosnians, even ones who are American citizens, out of the United States over War Crimes they had committed during the Bosnian War.

Hmm, I wonder if this could also happen to people in Hawaii who have evidently committed War Crimes here. Like for example, if one has evidently committed War Crimes and they choose to defect from Hawaii and seek asylum in the U.S. (as what Dr. Sai said in this video) or any other foreign country, maybe they too could get deported from that country under the reason of War Crimes they had committed in Hawaii……….

Shows indeed how serious this is! This occupation has to end! It cannot go on like this! People, along with Hawaii itself, are getting hurt every single day because of this occupation!
