Also, under 11.3.1 End of Occupation CLEARLY STATES “an Occupying Power is NOT permitted, under the law of belligerent occupation, to ANNEX occupied territory.” π(which they did)

In the month of the so called Statehood-Admissions Day, Hawaiians should be actively protesting the Federal and State governments maladministration of the Statehood vote. The State of Hawaii and US governments maladministration of the statehood vote was a breach of duty and a violation of the principles of the UN Charter. More importantly, it was a direct assault on the political and civil rights of Hawaiians.
Of course, if Hawaiian focus should be concentrated on the fraudulent Statehood plebiscite front, then the exposure will be plain and simple. By this we will surely expose the occupation and our rights can be ours once again. Our internal right to self-determination requires us to basically “call for the question.”
The 1st order of effect will be obvious in that people of the world, especially Hawaiians and Americans, will awaken as to HOW the US made Hawaii a “State.” They will discover the fraud the US committed and from this standpoint, the subsequent orders of effect will flow like the ‘waters of Kane’ as to WHY the US did it. Here, the world will uncover the American Occupation of the Hawaiian Kingdom and thus WHAT should be done about the American Occupation naturally follows.
In denying the right of self-determination and self-governance to the Hawaiian people, the US will be placed squarely on its stand as the world’s occupier and aggressor. How the US made the world believe that Hawaii was US territory and how it became a State of the US must be laid bare for the entire world to see. I quickly reviewed your provide website & see it seems essentially Leon Siu’s appeal to get UN to UNDO the unlawful 1959 ‘Statehood’ plebiscite vote. While that had merits, the BIG WRONG came from the UNLAWFUL occupation BEFORE in 1893 that CAN be flipped much easier by forcing US military to do what they’re SUPPOSED to do when they OCCUPY another country– which Sai is/has pressed for.
Pretty sure *that* has started already (from lots of hints everywhere), yet must be done covertly, given the magnitude of the GLOBAL MIL operations that ARE taking place.
Pressing military to follow thru would also mean there’s no reason to “become a Hawaiian National” (via paperwork etc..) either. All would become “Hawaiian subjects” unless they’re illegally in Hawaii and/or lack loyalty to HK. [Dr. Sai has previously clarified that “Hawaiian” just defines where we hail from, just like Oregonian, American etc… does.] Those that DO have some “aboriginal Kanaka Maoli” blood would qualify for other fab perks like very cheap land & free medical.

Curious, I researched WHAT was so important to pull a teacher from the classroom & found this article. Take note of the mention that “there are about 10,000 LARGE-SCALE UNDERGROUND military facilities around the world that are intended to serve as subterranean cities”. π
