No registration is required for this free public in-person event and light refreshments to follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The public is encouraged to attend because Dr. Sai\u02bbs presentation will get into the operational plan for transitioning the State of Hawai\u2018i into a military government of Hawai\u2018i and the impact it will have on the population of Hawai\u2018i, <em>e.g.<\/em> health care, land, taxes, cost of living.
