Choy, Director of the State of Hawai\u2018i Department of Taxation, regarding the unlawful collection of so-called taxes within the territorial jurisdiction of the Hawaiian Kingdom. Both individuals are named as defendants in their official capacities in the federal lawsuit <em><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hawaiiankingdom.org\/blog\/the-800-pound-gorilla-in-the-federal-court-hawaiian-kingdom-v-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hawaiian Kingdom v.
