Since then, Kaho\u2018okahi Kanuha \u2013 one of the two individuals that made the international trip to deliver the complaint \u2013 returned to Hawaii. Kanuha is a spokesperson for the group that is blocking TMT from the summit of Mauna Kea. We spoke to him in Hilo on Saturday afternoon, May 16th.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint was drafted by Kanuha\u2019s attorney Dexter Kai\u2019ama. Kanuha was accompanied by Dr. Keanu Sai, who drafted a detailed War Crimes Report at the request of Kai\u2019ama. Shortly after the headline grabbing arrests that took place on the mountain on April 2, Big Island Video News\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bigislandvideonews.com\/2015\/04\/06\/mauna-kea-and-the-occupied-hawaiian-kingdom\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>spoke to both men<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>One of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bigislandvideonews.com\/2015\/04\/02\/video-several-arrested-in-mauna-kea-tmt-blockade\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>31 arrested on Mauna Kea<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0was Kanuha.
