The textbook also comes with an accompanying\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.puafoundation.org\/Pua_Foundation\/Products__DVD.html\" target=\"_blank\">DVD<\/a>.\u00a0Dr. Sai has a Ph.D. in political science specializing in international relations and public law.
