CHAPTER XXXIX. OF CERTAIN LAWS EXPRESSLY RE-ENACTED. §1489. The following laws are hereby expressly re-enacted, viz.: “An Act relating to the lands of His Majesty the King, and of the Government,” passed on the 7th day of June, A.D. 1848, except the last clause thereof setting apart certain lands for the use of the Fort in Honolulu. “An Act to abolish the disabilities of aliens to acquire and convey lands in fee simple; passed on the 10th day of July, A.D. 1850; and, “An Act to amend an Act entitled, an Act to abolish the disabilities of aliens to acquire and convey lands in. fee simple,” approved on the 28th day of June, A.D. 1854. |
